- Do I need a dealership account or contract?
- No. Technician, Pro, and Max are individual plans. You install Olympus on your own laptop, use your own email, and do not need dealership approval. Dealership contracts start at the Dealership tier.
- What happens if I go over my monthly tokens?
- Your diagnostics keep running. Every paid tier has flat overage at $90 per 1M tokens above the included monthly allotment.
For individual plans, tokens are tied to your account, reset monthly, and do not carry over. For Dealership plans, each seat has its own allotment. Unused tokens from one technician do not cover another technician's overage.
- What’s the difference between Pro and Dealership?
- Pro is for one technician buying Olympus for themselves. Dealership is for a service department buying Olympus for multiple technicians, with centralized billing, per-tech audit logs, and service-manager controls.
- What’s the difference between Dealership, Dealer Group, and OEM Custom?
- Dealership is for a single service department. Dealer Group adds multi-rooftop deployment, tenant-isolated data, audit-log export, and an annual contract. OEM Custom is for manufacturer-scale rollouts with a tenant-private model trained on the OEM's proprietary diagnostic corpus, OEM-branded deployment, isolated inference, and dedicated forward-deployed engineering. - Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Individual upgrades from Technician to Pro to Max prorate automatically in the dashboard with no reinstall. Dealership to Dealer Group upgrades require a sales conversation because deployment, data isolation, and SLA terms change.
